Sound Industrial Relations

A&P Andreou Brothers Ltd was honoured with the Sound Industrial Relations 2014 (SIR 2014) accreditation during the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) Ceremony which was held on the 10th of November 2015 at the Filoxenia Conference Centre in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The SIR 2014 standard plays a significant role in the Group’s future prospects as it has successfully reinforced the company’s development since human capital is considered one of the company’s greatest assets.

The implementation of the Sound Industrial Relations 2014 standard emphasizes on improvements in key areas such as the promotion of good working relations, health and safety at work, equal opportunities and the correct application of the Cypriot Labour law and practice in enterprises and organizations of Cyprus.

The SIR 2014 standard was developed under the “Sound Labour Relations – Contemporary Enterprises” project which is co-funded by the Republic of Cyprus and the European Social Fund of the European Union.

The award ceremony was organized by the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) under the auspices of the Minister of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance of the Republic of Cyprus, Mrs. Zeta Emilianidou.
